fabric?

Ok so I have never offically "Blogged" before unless you count my comments on my husbands blogs. I am here actually posting a question to all altered book/fabric people. This will be my first attempt in my Round Robin Group "the Altered 8" to use a fabric book I make to have everyone put thier creations in. To everyone who has done this before I pose this question: How did you have the pages put together for the participates to do thier artwork in? Did you send just fabric around so you could put the pages together later to hide the stitches or did you have the pages pre made and they had to come up with a way to hide thier own stitches or did you put the material and instructions on how to put them together themselves?

I think I know what I will do but would like to hear what some others did first.
