I haven't been to the site in a few days... I've been cramming trying to get some art commitments completed. Good thing too as I tried to cut off my finger today and am now a bit handicapped until this big cut on my index finger heals.

Anyway, I logged in and saw the cute little button for 'Art Stamps, Layers of Color' and loved the look so decided to click on through.

Wow, I love the signature stamps a lot. There are two sets I plan to get (Friday is payday). I thought, "Wow, how cool to find these right here on my favorite place to hang out".
So, I want the 'Fleur Heart' and the 'Flower Child' stamps. I love stamps! LOL

Also it's pretty cool we have an advertiser too!

I have finished my hot/cool inchies and was going to post a picture until I realized I didn't download the pictures from the camera. So if the finger doesn't hurt tomorrow I will post pictures of them here.

I also finished the charms (posted in my photos) and am working on a ton of other projects. For some reason I thought everyone would be out enjoying the sunshine and thus summer would be a slow time... wrong! Everyone is arting and creating.

I also just finished some paper fabric (using tyvek aka Beryl Taylor) and will post those photos tomorrow as well. One of the pages turned out so lovely I am using it as the cover for my altered book for my daughter. I was so happy to have an experiment turn into something I could use and love.

I wanted to report in that I received my stamps right away and have been using them non-stop since. They are a great quality and I even got a free set which was so very fantastic. Definitely a shop I will continue to purchase from!

I will definitely be visiting to get my stamps tomorrow and will make sure to mention where I found them :)
I uploaded pictures of my Tyvek paper and my Inchies that I mentioned in my post above.
Yes, I know about the weather as I'm in Fort Myers, FL. If I want to plant or garden I do it really early mornings or late evenings. I can get about an hour outside before it's too hot or too dark.
Have to admit I'd rather be hot than cold so I don't mind it as much. I don't have to work outside in it either though.

I'll make a blog post about it (getting caught up) but I wanted to tell you that I just rec'd the Under the Sea & the Architectural plates from them. First, they were here super fast. Second- I'm in love. I realized that I didn't have what I wanted for the Under the Sea theme....now I do ;-) Show them some love & if you buy something.....tell them BookArtz sent ya!

And on the weather note.....When people up north say they're stuck inside for the winter....that's how we feel in the summer. It's just so hot. So out outdoor stuff is more in the evenings right now. Therefore.....I get a little more art time! Woo- hoo!!!
