I am a Jill Of All Trades and have just about done it all ~ advertising, graphic design, owned an HVAC (heating and air conditioning company) and an insurance agency, worked in software development, computer tech support, massage therapy and now am doing art full time.

About my Art:

Mixed media definitely! I love to make things move so I make (and teach) mechanical toys. Wild experimentation is ever so fun and I will try just about anything. Resins, mixing paints and inks, dry pigments, all sorts of clays collage, optical glass, wire, assemblage, metals WOW! I can't stop!!!

Lately I've been playing with light boxes, journals and encaustics.

I'm writing a book featuring mixed media projects that all have one common ingredient . . . the magical art supply . . . resin clay! That is scheduled for release in Fall 2010.

Where am I going?

I am teaching workshops at art retreats and love those! I'd like to do more online workshops and keep experimenting with new mixed media techniques and projects.
