- About Me:
- I live in a Seattle suburb, but grew up in a tiny town (Oroville) in rural Washington State.
I'm getting married Aug. 2, but we have been a couple for over 10 years (he proposed on the 10 year anniversary of our first date). Wedding planning is taking over my life!
In addition to art, I love cooking and writing recipes for recipe contests. So far I haven't been picked, but I figure it's my best shot at getting rich quick.
I'm writing a screenplay, so I guess I can fall back on that if the recipe contest thing doesn't pan out. lol
I love music, especially rock and what my fella calls (none too affectingly) pirate music.
I have a crazy dog and a food obsessed cat.

- I just like to make stuff. I love learning new techniques and being around people who are enthusiastic and supportive about it. I don't have any formal training, so sometimes it's a struggle, but when it comes together it is very exhilarating.

have the soundtrack to Cold Mountain and I skip everything else
so I can hear him........gonna have to get a cd of his. I'm sure the concert was super. My mom's roots are in N. and S. Carolina....I've never been to either state, but always love anything.....book, movie, etc. about either one. Best of luck to you on your venture. ")
