Hello! I saw your name over at some yahoo group that you are here. I knew a Karen Cambell when I was in my early 20's that lived in Santa Barbarbra, California. Anyway, I came over he to see if it was here but it is not. Oh well. Is that group that you spoke of in your Profile still ongoing? What kind of Art do you do? I am new to the group and I was wondering if you will add me as a friend? Francine :)

Hey....I was just looking at your background & noticing the graffiti like scribbles & doodles....cool. Is that puff paint? '-)

This week I bought a few rubber stamps. LOL. So I have plans to do some painting & some stamping & to see what comes of it. But first I need to finish a couple of things! I may be able to post something on my blog soon that actually has paint on it! ;-)

I'm a 40-something self-taught mixed media artist -- insane enough to go back to college at this age and pursue a career change in Information Technology LOL No kids -- no hubby -- but lots of cats LOL -- and I'm the organizer and co-conspirator for a local book arts group ;)

About my Art:
I abandoned at least 10 or 15 differnet types of arts and crafts throughout my life -- but mixed media and altered art seems to be sticking!
Where am I going?
That's anybody's guess LOL I do what I do with art -- I just have the passion to create. I don't think about a direction -- I just go with the flow, but my art is always evolving -- so I may have a different style next year.
